An executive and finance professional based in New York, New York, Paul Salib is the founder of Castellan Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment firm that acquires and manages residential and retail properties throughout the New York metro area. Since its establishment in 2009, the firm has invested in properties totaling more than 1.5 million square feet and its portfolio comprises more than 1700 apartments and 75,000 square feet of retail space. Paul Salib functions as the firm’s managing partner and oversees all operations and investments, which are valued at more than $700 million.

In addition to running Castellan Real Estate Partners, Paul Salib teaches at the Schack Institute of Real Estate as an assistant adjunct professor at New York University. He previously served as senior vice president of Red Stone Partners, where he performed valuation analysis and due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Salib possesses a BA in finance from Syracuse University and a MS in real estate finance and investment from New York University.
